Massage has been used for millennia as part of Chinese, Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Japanese, and Indian traditions. Not only can massage help support circulation, increase energy flow in the body, and promote well-being, but it’s also one of life’s simple luxuries. No matter if you’re getting a massage to help you relax physically, to take a mental retreat, or both, incorporating essential oils can help you enhance any massage experience.
We can assist and support you in incorporating the relaxation and well-being by using Young Living essential oils and their products in your daily life.
When it comes to essential oils – farming, distilling, and sourcing is everything! Young Living has carefully curated farms all over the world, and uses a proprietary Seed to Seal® Process that produces the most authentic essential oils available today. Unlike other essential oils on the market that rely on chemicals and processing, Young Living oils are never diluted, cut, or adulterated in any way. Using a proprietary, low-temperature distillation process that's entirely chemical-free, Young Living sets the standard for purity, potency, and authenticity.

Dana was first introduced to Bikram Yoga in the rain forests of Costa Rica back in 2005. Immediately drawn to the mental and physical benefits of yoga and meditation, she continued to expand her practice and study of yoga from California to Vermont, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tibet and China; completing her 200 hour training in 2011, and furthered her education with100 hours of Kundalini and 85 hours of prenatal.
Her personal practice combines aspects of Bikram, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Kundali, and Vinyasa Yoga styles; but her true passion is sharing her love of yoga with others. Dana emphasizes positive change through daily practice, with the belief that "a little bit goes a long way;" she has witnessed yoga's healing and transformative power through teaching kids/adults with autism, asthma, ADHD, arthritis, depression, anxiety, etc.
Yoga is known to benefit and foster a child's development physically, mentally, emotionally and even socially by adopting the ideals learned on the yoga mat and transforming them into their daily life. A great outlet for active boys and girls who are learning to channel their focus and emotions by providing a fun and easy way to combine wellness, exercise and playtime for young children.
"Yoga is not a sport- there is no competition: just you- your mind, body and breath, waiting to be united," she says, "My classes emphasize the greater good for all, manifesting our connection to each other and the divine universe. Yoga is about strengthening and empowering your mind, body and self to accomplish anything in life."
Classes range from beginner, pre/post-natal, mommy and me, kids, gentle, chair yoga, to advanced, vinyasa, and meditation practices.
